In the event that the winner is a young driver (has a valid driver's license for less than 2 years and is not older than 21), the prize can be transferred or given to another desired person who meets the conditions for using a Porsche 718 Boxster Spyder .
3. Geographical Availability: The prize game is open to residents of areas where such contests are legal. It's the participant's responsibility to ensure their eligibility based on local laws and regulations.

Prize Details

• The Prize: One lucky winner will enjoy the Porsche 718 Boxster Spyder for an entire day. The experience includes a comprehensive introduction to the vehicle's features and capabilities, ensuring a memorable and exhilarating driving adventure.
  We reserve the right to exchange with an equivalent Porsche vehicle, in case of sale or breakdown.
• Duration: The prize (Actinia Experience) is limited to weekend rentals. From 11:00 a.m. and return the next day by 8:00 p.m. The appointment will be arranged between Actinia and the winner, subject to availability and scheduling. The limit of permitted kilometers is 200, additional kilometers can be purchased according to the wishes of the winner (1 kilometer - €1.60 with 22% VAT).
• Additional Expenses: While the winner will not incur rental fees for the car, they will be responsible for any additional expenses such as fuel, damages on car, car wash, or any fines incurred during the rental period.

Selection Process

• Draw Date: The winner will be selected in a random draw to be held on the 10th of September, 2024.
